What these terms cover
This website. If your organisation licenses PureView, that is governed by the agreement you sign with Zenaclove, which takes precedence over anything written here.
Sending an enquiry
Sending a contact, demonstration or quote enquiry does not create a contract, a quotation or any entitlement to the software. Any price or commercial term we give you is set out separately in writing.
Product information on this site
Nothing on this site is a specification. If your decision depends on a particular capability, a device model or a platform, ask us to confirm it in writing for the version you would be licensing, and rely on that rather than on a page.
Availability of this site
This website is provided as it is. Its availability is a separate matter from any service level in a licence agreement, and an interruption here does not affect an appliance running on your own network.
Ownership
The PureView and Zenaclove names and marks, and the content of this site, belong to Zenaclove.
